Ken's Certified Home Inspection provides a comprehensive report that points out any apparent major deficiencies, addresses major expenditures that a buyer may encounter during the initial years of owning a home, and will suggest helpful maintenance tips to upgrade and maintain the property.A thorough home inspection will take about 2 - 3 hours. During this time, you are invited to follow the Inspector step by step. We want you to come and see things for yourself. Ask lots of questions... that's what we expect.
The Inspector will personally review the report with you in order for you to ask any additional questions.
